Board of Trustees of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung elects new Chairman

Oldenburg, May 8, 2023. At its meeting today, the Board of Trustees of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung elected Mr. Helmut Hartig as its Chairman. The Board of Trustees appointed Dr. Kay Hafner as its Deputy Chairman.

With these decisions, the Board of Trustees of the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung has fully re-established its ability to pass resolutions and carry out its work.

As general partner, the Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung manages the business of the listed CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA.
